Indoor Tables For Non-Commercial Sales

We have room for hundreds of swap tables located within building #3. The cost per 8-foot table for the entire weekend (3 days) is $70 until Dec 1st and $75 after Dec 1st. The price includes one uncovered table, one chair, and one vendor badge. You must purchase a HamCation admission ticket for each person entering the Fairgrounds.

Important Information

• ALL credentials will be held at the Swaps check-in area for pick up on your arrival. Nothing will be mailed out.
• Tables are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Set-up time for Swaps Tables is Thursday 7AM to 7PM, and Friday 7AM to 9AM.
• Swaps Tables open to the public at 9AM on Friday. If you are not a Swaps Tables vendor you will not be allowed access to the area.
• Not all tables have electricity so please be specific when requesting. HamCation will do our best to accommodate you.

Reserving (Buying) Your Tables

Swaps Tables are bought using our online system and by postal mail until January 31st. DO NOT MAIL IN A REGISTRATION FOR SWAPS TABLES AFTER THIS DATE! Any available tables will be available for purchase onsite starting at 9 am on Thursday at the Swaps check-in table.
