RV Reservation Info

You can reserve your RV spaces using our online reservation system or by postal mail until January 31st. After that date PLEASE DO NOT MAIL IN A REGISTRATION. ALL credentials will be held at the RV check-in located near the SOUTH GATE for pick up on your arrival. RV spaces are still available via 'in-person' at the HamCation event starting Wednesday, of HamCation at 2PM.

• Purchase show tickets through the RV reservation system. This ensures your tickets and campground packet will be available when you check-in.
• RV reservations will be confirmed by email unless other arrangements have been made. All people camping, whether attending the show or not, must have a ticket.
• RV check-ins begin Wednesday of HamCation at 2PM. Do not arrive before Wednesday of HamCation.
• If you are arriving on Wednesday, and if the gates are not yet open, an RV staff member will immediately meet your RV upon arrival. Your packet will be issued at that time, so that you may enter the campground without delay when the gates open. If you do not have a registration, you may register and buy tickets from the staff member.
• If the gates are already open proceed through the gate to the RV check-in tent.
• RV camping spaces are first-come, first-served. If you are camping with a group or another RV, you should plan to arrive together. Pod number signs show where the power pole is in each pod.
• No tailgating from the main campground area.
• RVs camping near the tailgating area should expect Pods to be marked off to avoid encroachment into the tailgating booths.
• Park facing North/South in the pods. Plan to have up to 12 RVs in a pod. Tow or towed vehicles should park outside the pod and never between adjacent RVs in a pod. You could be up to 100 feet from a power outlet, so everyone is encouraged to bring up to 100 feet of extension cord.
• A dump station is provided on the property and can be accessed during non-show hours. Follow directions on the campground map to go to the dump station.
