Training for Net Operations

In some recent activations, the net procedures and net control were shown to be lacking. We've worked together as a team to develop a semi-formal Net Operations Forum presentation. This is to prepare operators to participate in emergency net operations. This includes net control stations, relay stations, and participants in the emergency.
