Bob Heil will be visiting the findings made by the scientists at Bell Labs back in the late 1920’s that discovered the certain audio frequencies that are of so much importance in communicating between humans. The forum, “Understanding Speech Articulation” will bring some of these findings to light with audio graphs and live demonstrations.
