Swap tables are still available. If you need a Swap Table, you can still call our hotline at (407) 841-0874. We will accept calls on the hotline for Swap Tables sales until 5pm Tuesday February 7, 2017. After that time, remaining tables will be for sale at the Swaps table check in, starting Thursday February 9, 2017 at 7am.
We have room for hundreds of swap tables located within Building #3. The cost per 8 foot table for the entire weekend (3 days) is $55. The price includes one uncovered table and one chair. You must purchase a HamCation admission ticket for each person entering the Fairgrounds.
Tables are reserved on a first come – first served basis
Set-up time for Swap Tables is Thursday February 9th, 7 am to 7 pm, and Friday February 10th 7 am to 9 am.
Swap Tables open to the public at 9am on Friday.
Not all tables have electric so be specific when requesting.
