Swaps Area

We have room for hundreds of swap tables located within Building #3. The cost per 8 foot table for the entire weekend (3 days) is $45. The price includes one uncovered table and one chair. You must purchase a HamCation admission ticket for each person entering the Fairgrounds.

• Tables are reserved on a first come - first served basis
  

• Set-up time for Swap Tables is Thursday February 7th, 7 am to 7 pm, and Friday February 8th 7 am to 12 noon
  

• Swap Tables open to the public at 12 noon on Friday.

Not all tables have electric so be specific when requesting.

Contact us via e-mail or telephone, but make sure to send in your reservations with the required fee and a #10 SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) to the HamCationsm post office box:
