RV Parking

Advanced reservations are highly recommended for the 2012 Orlando HamCation. Last year we filled almost to capacity.

Reservations rate is $25 per night. This rate includes water and limited electric.

Very Important Information:

1. No hook-up locations will be guaranteed even with an advanced reservation.

2. Locations are assigned on a first come - first served basis when you arrive.

3. If you intend to meet someone and be near their RV then you MUST arrive together.

4. NO RV check-ins before Wednesday, Feb 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm.

5. RV gate will be open from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm daily. Absolutely NO check-ins after 8:00 pm. Gates will be locked.

6. All RVs must be out by 11:00 am Monday, February 13, 2012.

7. Important: No overnight camping is allowed outside the gates on Fairgrounds property per the Fairgrounds management. Any vehicles found to be doing so are subject to towing by police order.

8. Each person must also have a HamCation admission ticket. Advanced tickets are $10.00 (requests for tickets must be postmarked by January 21, 2012) and the at-the-gate price is $12. Tickets may be ordered along with your campground reservation.

9. There is a dump station on the property.

10. The RV entrance is through the SOUTH GATE, which is the Fairground's Main Entrance, located on Colonial Drive.

Please include a #10 SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope), indicate the number of nights you are staying, your arrival day and date, and the type of camping equipment you have. If a self-addressed and stamped envelope is not included, then your reservation will be placed at Will Call and you must claim it when you arrive. This will delay your processing so remember the #10 SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope).

12. Those wishing to tailgate will be assigned a site with water and electric in the tailgate area.

13. You will need to pay the tailgate fee as well as the overnight camping fee.

14. There is absolutely no tailgating from the camping area.

15. Your camping reservation will be confirmed via postal mail unless other arrangements have been made.

16. Reservations received after January 21, 2012 or those sent without a #10 self-addressed and stamped envelope will be held at the RV (South) gate in your name for your arrival.

17. If you are full-timers or are traveling for an extended period of time and wish your reservation held, please let us know!
