The event is over. The HamCation^sm team worked for many months on the event and see how fast these three days were over.

We greeted a nice group of people from all over the state and adjacent states and even from other parts of the US.

Based on the positive comments from the visitors, and the RV guests, Commercial and Swap Table vendors and tailgaters, this was another great HamCation^sm.

We'd like to thank all our ham and non hams for visiting the Orlando HamCation^sm 2009. And all the vendors in all areas to give the organization their confidence in a successful event.   

A special word to the volunteers. You are a part of the success of the 2009 HamCation^sm The OARC thanks you for your great effort in all the areas you worked.

From security to testing, from ticketing to bring and buy and from the prize booth to RV, Commercial and Swaps.

Finally the group of Chairman of the HamCation^sm was a strong base for this big event, and all of them did a great job.

We hope to see all of you at the next HamCation^sm in 2010, at the Fairgrounds in Orlando.

Friday:      12 Noon to 6pm -- New closing time.

Saturday:      9am to 5pm -- New closing time.

Sunday:      9am to 2pm

Personal transport vehicles, including Segways, are NOT permitted on the fairground premises.  This does NOT include any official HamCation^sm vehicles.  Motorized wheelchairs are permitted.  Personal golf carts are allowed with proof of liability insurance.
